Yoga & Self-Care

How many ways can we talk about creating balance? That's why you're interested in oils, right? To create balance? A part of that is unplugging and spending time with ourselves to allow the body, mind and spirit to recharge and catch up with our own progress. Some like meditation, yoga or just taking a nap, and all of those things can be enhanced and supported with oils! All of it sounds pretty fabulous.
