Chakras & Energy Work

Are you all into the oils and finding that they work really well with complementary healing modalities such as yoga, meditation and energy work? What in the heck is energy work? If you haven't heard of that term, perhaps you've heard of Reiki, which is a more spiritual version of healing touch with prayer and sometimes, intuitive readings depending on who's doing the Reiki and the gifts and talents they bring into it. Now, while all that might sound a little out there and you might be thinking, hey, I just want to learn more about the oils, I don't want to get all into this woo-woo stuff. I get it. I was the same, but honestly, I've always had an intuitive side and since using the oils first for very practical reasons, I found that the emotions-focused oils helped to peal back some layers for me to deal with buried pain and trauma, and as I continued to work the oils with yoga and meditation, I came to find that I felt lighter and ready for the next level of oils and the next! This led to my interest in learning more about the spiritual side of the oils, which then led to teaching about meditation, then pursuing Reiki levels I and II, followed by a year of practice, then going through the final Reiki training and attunements, which have been invaluable in empowering myself and helping my family members, and then allowing others into my world to help them too! Energy work can incorporate healing touch, prayer, intuitive readings as well as crystals and balancing the chakras or energy centers of the body, which I'll continue to share more about here. Even if you have no interest in learning about energy work now, you may eventually want to incorporate a crystal or two or 20 because the oils open us up like that, and how wonderful is that.
